01 How do I care for my Sassy Li products?

To maintain the originality and integrity of your Sassy Li bags, they should be spot-cleaned or dry cleaned only.

02 How long does it take to ship my order?

Usually, orders are shipped within 48 hours.

03 Can I speed up my order?

In most situations orders can be expedited at an extra fee. Please call Sassy Li at (516) 286-5211 for more information.

04 What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our warehouse.

05 Where is your office located?

Currently, our office is in Long Beach, NY. All our online orders are shipped from our warehouse.

06 How can I request company information?

07 I have suggestions for new Sassy Li products — where should I send them?

We love to hear suggestions and feedback from our customers! You may email your suggestions, or add and DM us on Instagram.

We do not share your personal data with any third party or use it for any commercial purposes. Please note that some of your information will be passed on to our partners like courier companies, credit card processing companies, and vendors, to enable them and Sassy Li to fulfill your order requirements.
